📋 Description

• Reporting to the Program Manager Innovation, as the Project Manger, you will lead the project teams, staff and stakeholders to deliver project outcomes aligned with IMT strategic vision, priorities, and goals. • You will be responsible for overseeing the complex multi-year corporate projects involving cross-government stakeholders with impacts to interdependent service lines. • Information Management Technology (IMT) Project Management Services provides oversight and coordination for IMT initiatives to ensure projects are delivered according to specified scope, deliverables, budget and schedule. • The IMT Project Management function utilizes project management methodologies and governance tools to manage resources and stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective project delivery and the achievement of key business objectives. • Some of the responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Strategic and Technical Project Management. • Coordination of Enterprise Projects. • Project Governance. • Quality Assurance and Compliance. • Stakeholder Management. • Risk Management. • Financial management. • Supervision/leadership and mentorship.

🎯 Requirements

• University graduation in Computer Science, Business or a related field. • A minimum of four years of relevant experience in the following areas: Project management methodologies(Agile, Scrum, iterative, waterfall), tools, and best practices. • Organizational change management strategies, procurement and vendor management, and supply chain processes. • Budgeting, cost control, and accounting practices and methodologies. • Risk identification and the implementation of risk management strategies. • Stakeholder and vendor relationship management. • Personnel, resource, and budget management. • Familiarity with occupational health and safety legislation, policies, and control measures. • Equivalencies: Directly related education or experience considered on the basis of: 1 year of education for 1 year of experience; or 1 year of experience for 1 year of education. • Assets: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. • Proven experience with quality assurance and quality control methodologies and processes. • Skilled in developing and delivering presentations to various stakeholders. • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. • Sound decision-making capabilities. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated supervisory/leadership capabilities. • Highly collaborative and effective team player. • Well-developed political and business acumen.
