📋 Description
• Transition day-to-day accounting processes from our outsourced accounting partner • Develop clear, efficient workflows that ensure accurate and timely financial reporting • Build and document accounting policies and procedures that work across multiple entities • Oversee all accounting operations for Albert’s subsidiaries in India and Japan • Design and manage consolidation processes for multi-entity reporting • Lead an early strategic project to evaluate, select, and implement a new ERP system • Identify automation opportunities in the accounting workflow • Serve as a trusted advisor to company leadership on accounting matters • Lead preparations for annual audits and support fundraising and board reporting
🎯 Requirements
• CPA or equivalent certification • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience • Proven track record of standing up accounting operations from scratch • Deep experience in core accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, revenue recognition, consolidations, and monthly close • Experience managing or consolidating international subsidiaries and navigating multi-currency environments • ERP expertise, ideally with Quickbooks • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
