📋 Description

• Lead and manage full lifecycle HCM implementation projects • Act as a subject matter expert in various HCM modules • Conduct in-depth business process analysis and design • Develop comprehensive project plans, scope documents, and resource estimates • Facilitate workshops and client meetings • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on HCM strategy • Mentor and coach junior consultants • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies • Prepare and deliver high-quality documentation • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HCM consulting • Proven expertise in major HCM platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday) • Demonstrated experience in leading multiple full lifecycle HCM implementations • In-depth knowledge of HR business processes, best practices, and regulatory requirements • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking skills, communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment • Willingness to travel to client sites as required
