📋 Description

• Become an expert in the Workday Student Financial Aid product. • Execute the day-to-day activities on a Workday Student implementation for clients including process design, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, package implementation lifecycle support, conversion, testing, and project reviews with customers. • Work with customers to help convert legacy data into Workday. • Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions. • Help mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model. • Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects. • Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and Workday best practices. • Help ensure customers remain referenceable once in production. • Partner with Engagement Managers to ensure alignment across project plans and allocated budgets. • Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively. • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience. • A background in Financial Aid. • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in consulting and/or higher education. • Material knowledge of Student Information Systems (SIS). • Previous experience deploying Student solutions: Workday, Ellucian, Banner, Kuali, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, or similar applications. • Higher Education or Functional expertise in one of the following areas: Financial Aid, Student Financials. • Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%.
