• Desarrollo y mantenimiento de soluciones Full Stack en entornos de Contact Center, incluyendo integraciones multicanal • Participación en el diseño, refinamiento y ejecución de user stories, épicas y roadmap del proyecto • Garantizar la calidad del software, colaborando en revisiones de código y pruebas dentro de la estrategia definida
🎯 Requirements
• Entre 3 y 6 años de experiencia como Full Stack Developer • Sólidos conocimientos en Java • Experiencia en entornos de Contact Center, preferiblemente con Genesys (On Premise o Cloud) • Conocimientos en Angular, Node.js, Spring y desarrollo de APIs REST/SOAP • Experiencia con Docker, Kubernetes, Microservicios y bases de datos Oracle/MySQL/SQLServer • Experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum) y en equipos internacionales.
