• Provide customer support in French via ticketing system, phone, or messaging • Assist users with basic technical issues related to their workstation or applications • Guide users in the use of office tools and collaborative platforms • Diagnose simple software, connectivity, or configuration issues • Escalate more complex incidents to the appropriate technical teams • Track and update requests in the ticketing system • Ensure clear communication and follow-up with users • Contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Fluent French speaker (clear and professional communication required) • Experience in customer support, helpdesk, or service desk is a plus • Comfortable assisting users with basic technical questions • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Customer-oriented mindset and patience with users • Organized and able to manage multiple support requests
