📋 Description
• Handle user requests (email, chat, video calls) • Guide clients in onboarding and using their tools • Identify user-related issues • Write simple, illustrated user guides • Translate customer feedback into improvement suggestions
🎯 Requirements
• Affinity for digital tools • Service-oriented with diplomacy • Proficient with Internet use and common software (SaaS) • Ability to manage multiple conversations or tickets simultaneously • Native or fluent French required • A working level of English is a plus
