📋 Description

• Maintain and own integrated project schedules: Establish and update task lists, dependencies, and resource allocations; set and manage baselines; make sequencing and dependency decisions with workstream leads; run change control on schedule updates; surface critical path/slippage and drive corrective actions to keep delivery on track. • Own the status reporting and governance cadence for assigned projects: Define reporting standards and KPIs; interpret variances, highlight decisions needed, and make go/no-go or trade-off recommendations; escalate exceptions and track agreed actions to closure. • Facilitate meeting: Plan decision-oriented agendas for standups, planning, retrospectives, and status reviews; convene the right decision-makers; document minutes, decisions, owners, and due dates; manage RAID and decision logs; enforce RACI and follow through to ensure decisions are executed. • Perform analysis and scenario modeling to inform decisions: Analyze trends, schedule risks, and resource constraints; identify critical path and capacity hotspots; develop mitigation options and trade-off scenarios; recommend corrective actions, secure approvals, and monitor impact to ensure outcomes meet targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • Excellent written and verbal communication; meeting facilitation and documentation skills • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without formal authority • Basic financial acumen (budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis)
