📋 Description

• As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead by being a highly technical leader who delivers high business impact on projects of increasing dependencies and ambiguity. • You will lead a team of individual contributors in the development of technology that saves lives and improves mental and physical health for millions of people. • You will lead a team that is building an AI platform and supports AI enablement across the company. • At Aledade, we empower primary care physicians with technology to keep their patients healthy, preventing unnecessary hospitalizations.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field required. • 10+ years of production-level experience as an engineer and technical lead building highly scalable and reliable software. • 5+ years of managerial experience building and leading technical engineering teams. • Experience managing AI and platform engineering teams.
