📋 Description

• Manage the delivery of interface projects aiming to obtain healthcare data from a wide variety of Practice Management systems, EHR systems, HIE vendors, hospital systems, national aggregator, or interoperability network to enable our partner practices to use key functionality in Aledade’s population health platform. • Provide strategic planning and roadmap of the data integration portfolio. • Responsible for coordinating and prioritizing the day-to-day activities of the integration project management team as well as collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. • Lead a team or assist the Director to stand up a new team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in providing strategic planning and roadmap on healthcare data integration • 5+ years experience with interoperability standards and methodologies • 5+ years experience with APIs, HL7 v2/v3, ORU, XDS.b, XDA, XDM, SFTP, VPN, or related communication protocols • 8+ years experience working with top-tier inpatient and emergency hospitals, Home Health, or SNF’ electronic health record (EHR), practice management, health information exchange (HIE) vendors, interoperability networks, national aggregators, etc. • 8+ years of technical program management or equivalent experience
