• Significant experience in heavy vehicle service environments (bus, coach, or HGV) • Deep technical knowledge • Customer-first mindset • Ability to manage regional operations and remote teams effectively • Confident communication skills • Experience engaging senior stakeholders • Performance data analysis skills • Sound decision-making under pressure
