âą Oversee and drive sales activities, enhance client relationships, and develop strategic plans to expand the company's global presence. âą Manage sales teams, identifying potential clients, building and maintaining robust distribution channels, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue growth targets. âą Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.
âą Proven 5+ experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management. âą Relevant B2B sales experience with technology products, especially video surveillance, security solutions, or related fields. âą Experience with working in international markets and managing global partnerships is desirable. âą Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. âą Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities. âą Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are an asset. âą Proficiency in English. âą Native French / Spanish / German / Italian. âą Ability to travel as required for client meetings, events, and partner collaborations.
