📋 Description

‱ Manage day-to-day communication with existing merchants. ‱ Act as the primary technical point of contact during integration, onboarding and post-launch support. ‱ Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Compliance, Finance, Product) to resolve merchant issues and ensure smooth operations. ‱ Assist merchants with API integrations, payment flows, wallet setup, and troubleshooting. ‱ Monitor client activity, identify issues proactively, and escalate when needed. ‱ Maintain accurate documentation, integration notes, and CRM updates. ‱ Provide clear explanations of payment flows, settlement logic, blockchain specifics, and operational processes.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 2+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, crypto, PSPs, merchant services or similar. ‱ Strong English and Russian (both written and spoken). ‱ Solid understanding of payment flows, deposits/withdrawals, KYC/KYB, compliance requirements. ‱ Experience working with APIs, webhooks, dashboards, or integrations (not a developer role, but technical literacy is required). ‱ Ability to work with merchant support tools (CRM, Slack/Telegram chats, ticketing systems, Salesforce, Jira/Confluence). ‱ Strong communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. ‱ Ability to work independently and take full ownership of merchant success.
