• Register and classify incidents received via voice, email or through the website in Portuguese; • Prepare technical analyses and recommendations; • Gather information and monitor risks for our reporting-channel clients.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology; • Resilience to handle any type of content that may arise during a report; • Strong analytical ability to record the most relevant information and probe further when necessary to understand the report; • Ethics and confidentiality, as this is a reporting channel; • Focus on quality of service, demonstrating empathy, respect and commitment to the reporter; • Proficiency in formal Portuguese (written and spoken);
