📋 Description

• Drive product evolution through the analysis of tax and accounting processes, identification of improvements, and definition of solutions in collaboration with the technology team and stakeholders • Analyze changes introduced by the Tax Reform and identify opportunities for product enhancement • Propose innovative solutions to help customers transition to the new tax model • Monitor market trends and solutions adopted by other companies • Translate new regulations into clear, scalable features aligned with the product • Design workflows, business rules, and system behavior considering the new taxation model • Define and monitor product metrics related to tax and accounting features • Analyze feature adoption, user behavior, and the impact of releases • Propose improvements based on data and performance indicators • Monitor feature usage, tax error reduction, process efficiency, and customer value generated • Conduct interviews, workshops, and data analyses to identify pain points in tax and accounting processes • Assess the impact of the Tax Reform on the product and customers • Support demand prioritization based on regulatory impact, adoption, and business value • Map end-to-end tax and accounting processes • Create workflows, flowcharts, and UML diagrams, including use case, sequence, and class diagrams • Write User Stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria • Define business rules, validations, messages, and expected feature behavior • Support the definition of integrations, APIs, and tax data validation rules • Support the QA team in defining test scenarios • Validate releases with stakeholders and customers • Track the progress of requirements throughout sprints • Ensure the correct application of tax and accounting rules in releases

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Tax Analyst, Accounting Analyst, or in an equivalent role • Practical knowledge of tax routines and processes • Experience with tax assessment and calculation • Knowledge of ancillary tax and accounting obligations • Knowledge of electronic tax documents: NF-e, NFC-e, CT-e, and MDF-e • Knowledge of the Tax Reform: IBS, CBS, Selective Tax, and the new taxation model • Ability to analyze legislation and translate it into product solutions • Experience with product metrics or analysis of feature usage data • Experience structuring User Stories with clear acceptance criteria • Experience defining detailed business rules • Experience structuring workflows and processes • Experience collaborating with back-end, front-end, and QA technology teams • Experience with Azure DevOps, Miro, Draw.io, Notion, Excel, or similar tools • Basic knowledge of SQL or ability to read data models • Experience with APIs and integrations • Understanding of REST APIs • Ability to read and define payloads • Experience using Swagger and Postman • Preferred: experience with tax or accounting systems • Preferred: knowledge of SPED, including EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD Contributions, ECD, ECF, and REINF • Preferred: knowledge of XML rules for tax documents • Preferred: knowledge of CST, CFOP, NCM, and taxation rules • Preferred: experience with SaaS products • Preferred: experience with product metrics, NPS, or user behavior analysis • Preferred: experience with projects related to the Tax Reform • Clear communication and the ability to explain complex topics simply • Analytical thinking and a systemic perspective • Organization and discipline in documentation • Proactivity and a strong sense of prioritization • Product mindset and solution-oriented approach • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
