📋 Description
• Maintain expertise in Defined Contribution admin and other Alight capabilities • Articulate and communicate Defined Contribution value proposition • Assist Sales Executives in development of prospect sales strategies • Lead effective solution demos
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of relevant experience in Defined Contribution administration • Deep knowledge of Defined Contribution admin and delivery models • Knowledge of Defined Benefit admin is a plus • Excellent client communication and consulting skills
