📋 Description

• Handle customer calls, gather information, and resolve issues. • Process enrollment events and review administrative concerns. • Counsel on available benefits and assist with eligibility questions. • Educate customers on benefit plans and program options, discussing premiums, coinsurance, copays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenses. • Utilize excellent customer service skills with empathy to resolve complex customer needs. • Participate in ongoing healthcare training and adapt to new processes. • Schedule and complete appointments for Retirement and Annual Enrollment events. • Investigate identified issues by interacting with health plan, provider, and other third parties as needed. • Utilize written communication skills to accurately record and summarize customer needs and actions.
