📋 Description

• Commission greenfield office networks across India, including MDF/IDF build-out to corporate standards • Deploy and configure Aruba wireless and switching infrastructure • Implement and validate SilverPeak/Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN at India sites, including connectivity to AWS US-East • Coordinate Indian ISPs, last-mile issues, regulatory compliance, vendors, and contractors • Maintain IDF/MDF physical and logical standards across India locations • Execute and validate Zscaler ZIA and ZDX deployments for India users • Establish and baseline Zscaler ZDX synthetic monitoring for India offices • Support Infoblox DDI implementation and integrity • Onboard India sites into Kentik for observability and synthetic monitoring • Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for India NOC staff during India business hours • Troubleshoot firewall policy, WAF, and Zscaler ZIA issues beyond NOC runbooks • Document resolutions and feed fixes into NOC runbooks and A&E standards • Apply Terraform and Git for network provisioning and configuration management • Contribute Python automation for operational tasks, validation, and telemetry • Participate in CI/CD workflows using GitHub, CodeCommit, and CodePipeline • Coordinate with US-based A&E architects to translate designs into India deployments • Provide deployment feedback to improve corporate network standards • Travel to India office locations for site evaluations, buildouts, and audits

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead execution role • Strong working knowledge of Aruba wireless and switching platforms, including Aruba Central, APs, and CX/AOS-S switching • Hands-on SD-WAN experience; SilverPeak/Aruba EdgeConnect strongly preferred, with Cisco Viptela, Versa, or VeloCloud considered • Production experience with Zscaler ZIA and ZDX, including deployment, policy management, and troubleshooting, strongly preferred • Solid enterprise routing and switching knowledge: BGP, OSPF, VLAN architecture, and QoS • Experience commissioning office networks, including MDF/IDF build-out, structured cabling coordination, and ISP turn-up • Ability to work independently across time zones with minimal daily supervision • Strong written and spoken English • Ability to travel to India office locations as required • Candidates must have work authorization in India that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship • Preferred: CCNP Enterprise, ACMP, Zscaler Certified Associate/Professional, or equivalent certifications • Preferred: Kentik, AWS networking, India network deployment, Palo Alto firewalls, AWS WAF, Infoblox DDI, Python, Terraform, Git, and Jira experience
