📋 Description

• Own and manage a portfolio of carrier relationships as the primary operational contact • Lead and deliver mid-sized projects independently; support larger initiatives as needed • Handle escalations, analyze data, and drive resolution on complex issues • Partner with internal teams, carriers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution • Support both day-to-day operations and new implementations • Gather requirements, support UAT, and validate system updates and enhancements • Identify and drive process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual work • Ensure accuracy, performance, and SLA alignment across deliverables • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members • Provide guidance and support on escalated operational issues

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in an analyst or similar role • Experience managing mid-to-large scale projects • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio) • Experience working with CRM systems and data analysis/querying • Understanding of operational workflows and process dependencies • Experience collaborating with external partners or vendors • Medicare experience is a plus.
