📋 Description

• Drive go-to-market tactics, messaging, and demand for A-LIGN’s federal cybersecurity offerings • Craft compelling messaging frameworks for federal cybersecurity standards including CMMC, FedRAMP, and GovRAMP • Develop federal-specific enablement materials such as pitch decks, one sheets, battlecards, discovery guides, and objection-handling resources • Engage regularly with federal customers to validate messaging and positioning and identify emerging industry trends • Serve as the internal expert on the federal competitive and partner ecosystem to enable strategic programming and differentiated positioning • Maintain deep market awareness, including regulatory shifts and standard changes, and translate insights into actionable GTM strategies • Collaborate cross-functionally with service delivery, sales enablement, sales, and marketing to execute integrated go-to-market plans • Partner with demand generation teams to design and launch campaigns and events that drive awareness, pipeline acceleration, and customer retention • Report to Director of Product Marketing and work cross-functionally across Sales, Service Delivery, and Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other relevant fields preferred • 5+ years of product marketing experience • 3+ years of marketing focused on the federal space, cybersecurity or compliance in the federal space preferred • Proven experience in product launch frameworks and go-to-market planning • Demonstrated success in developing messaging frameworks and creating effective sales enablement content • Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and audience alignment • Proficiency using AI and analytics tools to uncover customer insights and accelerate value delivery • Knowledge of federal frameworks such as CMMC, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-171 a plus • Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation • Excellent communication skills • Thrives in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively
