• Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery • Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process • Drafting Discovery Responses • Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence • Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses • Conducting status update calls with clients • Client update calls • Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests • Assist in trial preparation.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury • Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery • PERSONAL INJURY experience • Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process • Drafting Discovery Responses • Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence • Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses • Conducting status update calls with clients • Client update calls • Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests • Assist in trial preparation.
