• Oversee the Managed Services team, which provides post go-live support services to Oracle Cloud clients • Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring support requests, tracking budgets, and service metrics • Manage ticket progress and performance • Collaborate with team managers to lead motivated teams • Validate client billing and assist with invoicing and collections
• Bachelor's degree or higher; • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing Oracle apps implementation projects or support engagements in a project manager or service delivery manager role; • Experience in client management and relationship development; • Experience within a flexible, innovative, and dynamic work environment; • Ability to multitask and work independently; • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; • Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with senior- and executive-level management and influence outcomes
