📋 Description

• **Your day-to-day** • Provide project management guidance and advice to clients and team members to foster growth and success; • Manage the lifecycle of business analysis, implementation, and software development within the Microsoft environment; • Develop project plans and define milestones; • Communicate progress to internal and external managers in the context of SOX compliance; • Produce and present monthly financial project results to the leadership team; • Draft proposals and participate in business development efforts; • Write employee performance evaluations for project team members and participate in interviews and skills assessments of current and prospective employees; • Provide support and mentorship to less-experienced project managers.

🎯 Requirements

• **Keys to your success** • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) and/or Master's degree (M.Sc.)/MBA in Management, Business, Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related technical discipline (specialized training or 4 additional years of experience may substitute for a graduate degree); • Minimum of 5 consecutive years of experience as a project manager, ideally including at least 2 years managing ERP projects; • Ability to manage large, complex projects while ensuring SOX compliance. • **Language skills** • French: Fluent • English: Fluent
