📋 Description
• Manage configuration and issue tickets • Assist Technical Consultants with requirements-gathering • Perform software configuration and customizations • Track and report project configuration and testing progress • Research and resolve configuration and usability questions • Maintain product knowledge as new enhancements are released • Foster an environment that maintains good ticket performance and customer satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years experience implementing cloud-based systems • 2-5 years experience interfacing with external clients • 2+ years experience writing test cases • Ability to triage/troubleshoot software configurations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • General knowledge of software delivery processes • Experience using Google or Microsoft Office productivity software
