📋 Description

• Manage a team of software engineers, supporting their growth and development • Partner with Product and Design to plan, prioritize, and deliver roadmap initiatives • Ensure high-quality, reliable releases through strong technical and operational practices • Create clarity around goals, ownership, and delivery expectations across projects • Foster a culture of feedback, learning, and continuous improvement • Participate in technical discussions and architecture reviews to guide decisions • Help shape and refine our engineering processes as the company scales • Collaborate with other engineering leads to align on best practices and shared priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing engineers, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment • 6+ years of software engineering experience with enough technical depth to participate in design discussions and support the team’s work across our stack • Track record of leading teams that ship high-quality, user-facing software • Ability to balance technical context with delivery focus and team empowerment • Strong communication and organizational skills; clear, transparent collaborator • Empathy for developers and passion for creating environments where engineers thrive • Experience improving processes around planning, testing, releases, and team rituals • Interest in AI/LLM-powered development tools and open-source software
