📋 Description

• Lead discovery and scoping for qualified opportunities • Identify the real business problem, desired client outcome and constraints • Turn client needs into solutions using AYBI’s data and BI platforms, accelerator tools and Microsoft data stack • Own the solution approach, deliverables, assumptions, risks, team and effort behind proposals • Decide when solutions are ready to sell and when specialist validation is needed • Shape the commercial case with Sales, including the business case, story and pricing assumptions • Lead presentations, workshops and demos for business and technical stakeholders • Own delivery readiness before AYBI commits • Ensure scope, capacity, assumptions, responsibilities and definitions of done are understood by both sides • Build handovers for signed deals and stay involved through the first 30 days • Compare scoped work with delivery reality and identify margin or expectation gaps • Improve proposals, playbooks, standards and the end-to-end process from discovery through handover • Use AI where it improves speed or quality • Track proposal turnaround, win rate, post-signature scope changes and first-30-day handover issues

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading complex client work across consulting, solution design, pre-sales or delivery • Understanding of modern data platforms, BI solutions and cloud environments • Ability to shape credible solutions, challenge assumptions, and work effectively with architects and engineers • Ability to turn ambiguous client questions into clear outcomes, boundaries and realistic delivery approaches • Understanding of the interaction between scope, price, risk and delivery effort • Ability to identify missing requirements and unrealistic expectations early • Ability to lead commercial, operational and technical stakeholders toward decisions • Ability to write actionable proposals and decision documents • Ability to own problems independently without a manager directing the day • Strong English • Dutch useful but not required • Nice to have: experience in a data or BI consultancy • Nice to have: Microsoft Fabric, Azure or Power BI knowledge • Nice to have: experience with logistics, ports or industrial clients • Nice to have: commercial estimation or pricing experience • Nice to have: experience improving pre-sales or delivery handover processes
