📋 Description

• Lead the strategic delivery of contracted services to customers and partners • Conduct discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements • Architect tailored solution designs integrating with the Workiva Platform • Interact directly with clients and partners to execute standardized solutions • Maintain mastery of financial, risk, and operational reporting on the Workiva Platform through training • Demonstrate best practices and mentor peers and Associates • Set up and install technical systems, applications, and process designs • Manage client access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users • Test and troubleshoot installed systems and document technical issues for escalation • Provide feedback to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements • Support clients on-site or remotely

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field • An advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience • 4 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field • Willingness to travel up to 25% for team and corporate meetings • Reliable internet access for periods of remote work • Ability to build and maintain customer-first relationships • Experience with enterprise risk, financial planning, or analytics and reporting solutions preferred • Hands-on experience with the Workiva platform, SaaS and cloud technologies, or data architectures preferred • Consultant-level experience at a services company or public accounting preferred • Ability to influence and drive change in business processes • Enhanced technology knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Familiarity with SQL, JSON, or R • Typically requires 4 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 2 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
