📋 Description
• Communicate directly with customers via phone or email to identify and resolve a wide variety of issues and inquiries • Investigate, document, and administer product warranty programs • Enter and modify customer orders in the business operating system • Document customer interactions in the CRM application
🎯 Requirements
• Bilingual (French/English) is required • Minimum 2–3 years of related customer service or industry experience • Call center experience is preferred • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and manufacturing operating system (AS400)
