📋 Description

• Support six virtual focus group/workshop sessions for Sylvamo Brazil stakeholders • Facilitate or co-facilitate virtual workshops with Brazil-based participants • Support discussion flow and clarify questions • Coordinate or manage workshop recordings • Support creation of English transcripts • Capture detailed interview/workshop notes • Structure and organize gathered information in the agreed documentation format • Upload final documentation into the project repository • Flag unclear, incomplete, or inconsistent participant feedback for AllenComm follow-up

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese and English • Experience facilitating or supporting virtual focus groups, interviews, workshops, or discovery sessions • Strong note-taking and documentation skills • Ability to translate or summarize Portuguese participant input clearly in English • Comfort with virtual meeting tools and recordings • Ability to organize detailed qualitative input without producing a separate findings or themes report • Strong attention to detail • Availability between mid-September and end of October 2026 • Experience supporting learning and development, training, instructional design, or change-management projects (preferred) • Experience with corporate stakeholders in Brazil (preferred) • Familiarity with structured interview documentation or stakeholder discovery (preferred) • Comfort working from English source materials and capturing participant input in English (preferred) • Brazil time zone availability required • Coordination with AllenComm team in Mountain Time
