📋 Description
• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods • Generate qualified appointments for roofing inspections • Educate homeowners on roofing services and storm damage awareness • Track daily activity, leads, and performance metrics • Represent Schmidt Roofing professionally in the field • Work closely with sales leadership to achieve weekly and monthly goals
🎯 Requirements
• Outgoing, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude • Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods • Reliable transportation required • Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays as needed • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Must reside in Winona, MN
