📋 Description

• Serve as the go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) on network partnerships including rules of engagement, guidelines, and competitive advantages. • Provide insight and guidance to internal teams and in support of our sales and renewal processes. • Create, update, and maintain product documentation related to our network partnerships. • Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure networks are functioning as intended and collaborate cross-functionally to recommend and/or implement improvements to processes. • Provide training and support for to sales, account management, and other internal teams. • Develop rapport and maintain relationships with network partners including management of escalated issues. • Coordinate with marketing on strategy, product positioning, and creation of product collateral. • Collaborate and develop relationships with internal teams including operations, sales, account management, marketing, and others. • Manage escalated issues that require product expertise in coordination with other teams such as claims, operations, finance, and others. • Help assess new opportunities and partnerships, as needed. • Support product management team with initiatives and special projects, as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience required. • At least 5 years of relevant experience in product management or similar role. • Prior experience with provider networks or in the health insurance industry required. • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
