📋 Description
• Designing RBF frameworks for renewable energy and infrastructure in Francophone markets • Advising governments, DFIs, and private investors on contract design and disbursement mechanisms • Embedding climate, gender, and inclusion metrics in performance-based programs • Supporting independent results verification and reporting in bilingual contexts
🎯 Requirements
• At least 8–12 years’ experience in results-based finance, output-based aid, or performance-linked funding models. • Demonstrated track record designing or implementing RBF schemes in renewable energy, infrastructure, or climate finance. • Strong background in financial modeling, disbursement mechanisms, and verification systems. • Experience collaborating with donors, DFIs, and governments in Francophone Africa. • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory. • Who Should Apply: • Professionals with RBF, output-based aid, or pay-for-performance expertise • Proven project experience in Francophone Africa (Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroon, DRC, Morocco, etc.) • Fluency in both French and English is essential • Background in climate finance, renewable energy, or infrastructure
