📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls from customers and travel agents • Sell cruise packages and suggest add-ons (cross-sell & upsell) • Support with bookings and post-booking questions • Give info about destinations, ships, documents, prices, and more • Assist travel agents with managing bookings

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Swedish and a good level of English both written and spoken • Experience in sales – a must! • Background in tourism or travel agencies – big plus • Customer service or call center experience – preferred • Good digital skills and attention to detail • Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask • Strong communication skills, written and spoken
