📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, partners, and suppliers • Advise, guide, and provide solutions to customer inquiries and incidents • Keep customers informed about coverage, case status, and resolutions • Make follow-up calls regarding claims and collections • Apply cross-selling and customer-retention techniques when appropriate • Accurately record all relevant data in the systems • Assist French customers who have taken out insurance policies • Manage claims and provide service updates

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in French (mandatory) • Knowledge of English and Spanish is a plus • 1 year of customer service experience preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Basic computer skills (MS Office) • Attention to detail, adaptability, and resilience under pressure • Strong listening skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and versatility • Passion for customer service • Secondary education • Excellent telephone manner • Claims management and customer relationship management • Active listening and computer proficiency
