• Beantwoorden van inkomende gesprekken van klanten en reisagenten • Verkoop van cruisepakketten en voorstellen van extra's (cross-sell & upsell) • Ondersteuning bij boekingen en post-boeking vragen • Informatie geven over bestemmingen, schepen, documenten, prijzen, en meer • Assisteren van reisagenten bij het beheren van boekingen
🎯 Requirements
• Beheersing van het Nederlands en een goed niveau van Engels, zowel geschreven als gesproken • Ervaring in verkoop - een must! • Achtergrond in toerisme of reisbureaus - grote plus • Klantenservice- of callcenterervaring - voorkeur • Goede digitale vaardigheden en aandacht voor detail • Probleemoplossend vermogen en het vermogen om meerdere taken tegelijk uit te voeren • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, schriftelijk en mondeling
