📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers with technical issues • Troubleshoot broadband, mobile networks, TV apps, and GPS signals • Use tools such as “Dare” to identify appropriate solutions • Schedule on-site technician appointments when issues cannot be resolved remotely • Identify commercial opportunities to offer customers new services • Support customers for an international telecom company

🎯 Requirements

• Native or C2 proficiency in Dutch • Good B2-level English • Strong communication skills, active listening, and ability to summarize clearly • Friendly and helpful attitude with customer satisfaction as a top priority • Interest in telecommunications is an advantage • No IT diploma required; training is provided • Willingness to work evening or weekend shifts • Learns new information quickly and adapts easily
