📋 Description
• Zorgdragen voor een foutloze salarisverwerking volgens de lokale wet- en regelgeving. • Beheren van mutaties in personeelsgegevens, contracten en looncomponenten. • Samenwerken met externe payroll providers en interne HR- en Finance-afdelingen. • Adviseren van collega’s over payroll-gerelateerde vragen en compliance-onderwerpen. • Rapportages en analyses opstellen ten behoeve van management en auditing.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in payroll, bij voorkeur binnen Spanje. • Uitstekende kennis van Spaanse arbeidswetgeving en sociale zekerheid. • Nauwkeurige en zelfstandige werkwijze. • Vloeiend in Spaans én Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. • Ervaring met digitale payrollsystemen (zoals SAP, Sage of vergelijkbaar) is een pré. • Beschikbaar op korte termijn is een sterke plus.
