📋 Description

• Outbound Sales: contact customers to update them on delivery schedule changes, reschedule missed deliveries, gather orders for upcoming planned deliveries or holidays, and offer complementary products and promotions. • Inbound Support: handle customer inquiries through phone or email, including order placement, appointment cancellations, rescheduling delivery visits, and addressing general product/service questions. • Customer Care: maintain professionalism in all interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company sales objectives. • Contribute to sales campaigns by promoting additional products and supporting promotional activities. • Collaborate with team members and participate in training and development.

🎯 Requirements

• A secondary school diploma is required. • Previous experience in sales or the hospitality sector is advantageous. • Native-level proficiency in Dutch or Flemish. • Basic PC skills are required. • References from previous employers may be requested. • Confidence, empathy, and a positive, enthusiastic demeanour. • Ability to proactively lead conversations, ask relevant questions, and make suggestions focused on results. • Willingness to embrace change and work collaboratively, prioritising team goals.
