📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls from Belgian/Dutch customers in French and Dutch/Flemish • Register new home appliances and customer details • Explain the legal warranty and offer additional insurance • Use your sales and communication skills to meet performance targets • Provide great customer service and share feedback on improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in French and Dutch/Flemish (English or Spanish is a plus!) • A strong communicator with a commercial mindset • Confident in sales and overcoming objections • Customer-focused, proactive, and a real team player • Comfortable with Microsoft tools and working remotely
