• Beantwoorden van inkomende telefoontjes en e-mails van klanten, partners en leveranciers. • Adviseren, begeleiden en oplossen van klantvragen en incidenten. • Klanten informeren over dekking, reparatiestatus en schadeafhandeling. • Opvolgtelefoontjes doen voor claims of betalingen. • Toepassen van cross-selling en retentie -technieken waar mogelijk. • Nauwkeurig registreren van gegevens in het systeem.
🎯 Requirements
• Vloeiend in Vlaams + Frans, kennis van Engels en Spaans is een pluspunt • 1 jaar ervaring in klantenservice • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (mondeling en schriftelijk) • Basiskennis computergebruik (MS Office) • Middelbaar onderwijs • Telefonische vaardigheden • Klachtenafhandeling en klantcommunicatie • Actief luisteren en computervaardigheid
