📋 Description

• Work closely with product managers and fellow developers to build and continuously enhance applications • Collaborate within the remote team • Provide and receive constructive feedback through personal conversations and code reviews • Challenge the status quo and proactively identify areas for improvement • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code • Continuously improve engineering standards, tools, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Residence and work permit in Germany or Poland • English proficiency (C1+) • 2–5 years of experience in collaborative software development • Experience with larger software development projects is a plus • Strong Python background • Solid knowledge of common databases (SQL, PostgreSQL) • Experience using Docker • Experience creating RESTful and well-documented APIs • Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and Infrastructure as Code is a plus
