📋 Description

• Develop innovative software solutions and custom enhancements for SAP Business One • Design, develop, and implement add-ons, interfaces, and applications for customer and product environments • Analyze business processes and develop efficient solutions for digitalization and automation • Optimize and enhance existing applications in terms of performance, usability, and maintainability • Integrate external systems, platforms, and web services into customers’ SAP Business One environments • Contribute to customer projects from technical design through successful go-live • Collaborate with customers, consultants, and project managers to translate business requirements into software solutions • Document developments and ensure quality through structured development and testing procedures • Evaluate new technologies and continuously improve development standards • Explore AI, automation, and intelligent assistant systems, and incorporate them into customer and product solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT, a degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems, or a comparable qualification • Solid knowledge of C#, .NET, and SQL • Experience developing business applications and database solutions • Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP Business One • Initial experience with AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), Copilot solutions, prompt engineering, or machine learning applications is desirable • Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work • High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm for developing high-quality software solutions • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary project teams • Good German skills and basic English skills
