📋 Description

• Lead the DevOps, automation and MLOps strategy • Design, implement and evolve CI/CD pipelines, including pipelines for AI models • Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP) • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices • Design data pipelines and model deployment (MLOps) • Ensure full observability (logs, metrics, tracing, and model monitoring) • Drive intelligent automation of operational processes • Collaborate with data, AI and development teams to integrate solutions • Implement DevSecOps best practices • Perform troubleshooting and incident analysis in critical environments • Support governance and lifecycle management of AI models

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering or related fields • Strong experience in DevOps/SRE • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) • Advanced knowledge of: • - CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) • - Containers (Docker / Kubernetes) • - IaC (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) • Experience with Linux and networking • Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) • Experience with version control (Git) • Desired: • Experience with data pipelines and/or MLOps • Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn or similar) • Experience deploying and monitoring models in production • Basic data engineering (ETL/ELT) knowledge • Experience with automation using Python • Differentials: • Experience with cloud AI platforms (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML) • Knowledge of LLMs and generative AI applications • Experience running ML workloads on Kubernetes • SRE practices (SLI, SLO, SLA) • Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) • Knowledge of FinOps • Certifications (AWS, Kubernetes, AI, etc.) • Experience applying DevSecOps to AI
