📋 Description
• Realizar atendimento técnico (telefone, chat e URA); • Identificar, analisar e resolver problemas relacionados a serviços e equipamentos; • Registrar atendimentos em sistema e acompanhar chamados até a resolução; • Escalar demandas para áreas responsáveis quando necessário; • Garantir a satisfação do cliente durante todo o processo de suporte.
🎯 Requirements
• Ensino médio completo • Conhecimentos básicos em informática e redes de internet; • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita; • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime de escala. • Experiência anterior em suporte técnico ou call center de tecnologia; • Certificações na área de redes ou telecom.
