📋 Description
• Provide individual basic and therapeutic care to residents • Identify residents' individual needs and organize activation-focused daily activities • Document the care process (medication administration, care records, etc.) • Collaborate with the team to ensure and maintain care quality • Serve as a compassionate point of contact for residents and their relatives
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse) • Candidates with or without professional experience are welcome • Team player with empathy when interacting with residents and colleagues • Independent and solution-oriented working style • Willingness to work across all shifts • Basic IT affinity
