📋 Description
• Provide individualized basic and treatment care to residents • Promote and organize activating daily routines and activities for residents • Document the nursing/care process • Ensure quality of care • Be a responsive point of contact for residents and their relatives
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered health and nursing care nurse) • Candidates with or without professional experience are welcome • Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues • Independent, solution-oriented, and with a good sense of humor • Willingness to work across all shifts • Basic IT affinity and comfort working with digital systems
