📋 Description
• Planning and conducting wound rounds • Wound documentation • Completing the wound anamnesis (wound history) • Implementing optimal wound prevention • Assisting treating physicians with conventional wound care • Training nursing staff • Individual basic and treatment care of residents • Documentation of the nursing process • Ensuring quality of care
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse, geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing care professional with additional wound management training • Team player with empathy when working with residents and colleagues • Ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner • Comfortable with IT • Willingness to work across all shifts
