📋 Description
• Plan and conduct wound rounds, complete wound documentation and prepare wound assessments • Implement optimal wound prevention measures and prevent or minimize pain • Support treating physicians with conventional wound care • Assist in training nursing staff • Provide individualized basic and treatment care for residents • Document the care process • Contribute to ensuring quality of care • Be available to listen to residents and their families
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse, geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse with additional training in wound management • Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues • Independent and solution-oriented working style • Willingness to work all shifts • Basic IT proficiency
