• Define and own the GTM strategy for new product features, releases, and commercial initiatives • Align stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and leadership to ensure smooth and effective launches • Establish clear KPIs, success metrics, and feedback loops for each GTM initiative • Develop strong positioning and differentiated messaging for AI Compliance within the cybersecurity, AI governance, and compliance markets • Build and manage launch plans that include timelines, deliverables, channel strategy, and resource coordination • Partner with sales to build enablement materials including sales playbooks, decks, battlecards, ROI calculators, and objection-handling guides • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry dynamics to inform GTM approaches • Collaborate with product managers to ensure alignment between roadmap, customer needs, and launch readiness
• 3+ years in GTM, product marketing, growth, or strategy roles • Experience in B2B SaaS; cybersecurity, compliance, or AI-related industry experience is a strong plus • Proven track record managing end-to-end product launches or commercial initiatives • Strong understanding of GTM frameworks, customer segmentation, pricing concepts, and product lifecycle management • Excellent communication skills — capable of simplifying complex products into clear value propositions • Strong analytical mindset; able to leverage data for decision-making and optimization • Experience building enablement content for sales teams • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
