• Analyze and improve user journeys to maximize conversion rates across our digital platforms. • Create, test, and optimize landing pages, messaging, and campaigns to enhance engagement. • Plan and execute product launches, aligning with marketing, sales, and product teams. • Track and analyze KPIs to measure campaign success and inform future strategies. • Work closely with the business unit director, developers, and marketing teams to align goals and strategies.
• Proven experience in product marketing in the tech, SaaS, or education sectors. • Website and email first marketing expertise. • Proven experience in writing technical specs for website/platform tasks and managing the dev process from idea to production release. • Be a master of working asynchronously (async) using tools like Slack, Notion, Loom, and others. • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, pricing management, and conversion optimization techniques. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights. • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience with competitor analysis and market research to inform strategy. • Expertise with tools like GA4, Plausible, CRM platforms, and campaign tracking and management software. • Ability to create detailed, well-thought-out briefs for fellow marketers, copyrighters, and designers and developers. • A passion for the developer community and an understanding of its unique dynamics. • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
